How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days for in-stock items. The expected shipment date for pre-order items is listed on the product page. Delivery times can vary, with orders typically arriving within 3-21 business days, depending on your destination:

United States & Oceania: 3-14 business days
Canada & Europe: 7-21 business days
South America & Africa: 14-30 business days

What are the shipping methods?
We dispatch orders using the international ePacket service or courier service, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped out.

Are taxes included?
Customers are required to pay all local duties and taxes, if any, at the time of receiving the items.

What's the return/refund policy?

Our products were manufactured with you in mind. We’re confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days you received your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and a refund. Merchandise once received over 14 days would not be going to discretion in replacement even unopen.
